Cranberry juice Help To Prevent UTI?

 Why cranberry juice for UTI? A very special  ingredient is present in cranberry juice that is A -type proanthocyanidins . This compound also called  PACS which  can  prevent  from becteria sticking to   bladder wall.  It also reduce inflammatory cytokine to reach here to cause inflammation.  Does it really help or just a myth?  So,  its still unclear because some reasercher said its help in reducing inflammation and treat uti but some said  it is not much help to those women's who are  at increased risk of  uti. It is much  helpful from coming back UTIs  while not much effective in  active UTI. How much to  take it? Reaserches have shown  if you ate using cranberry for UTI   you must take it( 250 - 300ml) Per day . However, cranberry extract  ranging from ( 200-500) per day.
